I remember when I was younger the idea I had towards the word ‘paradise ‘.
For some reason my immediate thought would link to a destruction of the world. A spring-cleaning that would turn earth into a harmonious place. However as time rushes by you realize that there’s no such thing as the ending of the world. No paradise, no peace, no solidarity.
Like a roller-coaster things go up and down, gets better and worse but it never gets there. And you wake up every morning knowing you’re responsible for your own paradise. You, we, all seeking for a happy journey or at least, some pleasure throughout all this survival. Therefore I know the only paradise there is – is our mental peace.
In my mind I dream of perfection, crystal water, equality, abundance, happiness. Our paradise-dreams, our positive side. Inside our minds accompanying us. Perhaps we all need an imaginary paradise once we might never fully taste it in reality.’
