Tokyo Girls – Mikami Yua by Jimmy Ming Shum

Tokyo is definitely one of those places that is on our trip list. From our point of view it appears like a colorful world, so different and totally fascinating. And Jimmy Ming Shum gives us already a glimpse of it with his ongoing series “Tokyo girls”. He studied photography and film production at the San Francisco Art Institute, Parsons school of design and Pratt Institute in New York and his work can be seen in collections of the Hong Kong Heritage Museum and Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts in Japan, where he was selected as one of the new generation photographer. Enjoy this splendid exclusive series on C-Heads shot in Tokyo featuring gorgeous Japanese model Mikami Yua who was a former singer in the girls group SKE48. Styling by Masaki Kataoka, make up and hair by Kanako Yoshida.
