I used to read all those how to be happy books. but i realized that it´s not so bad to sometimes feel the blues. there is something beautiful about melancholy as it calms you down, makes you rethink some things. makes you feel closer to yourself. if i can, then i pause for a moment and watch the clouds passing by outside my window. and can sense the beauty in this moment.
früher habe ich immer diese “wie man glücklich ist” bücher gelesen. aber ich habe gemerkt, dass es gar nicht so schlecht ist, manchmal trübsal zu blasen. melancholie hat etwas schönes. eine innerliche ruhe breitet sich aus und man denkt über vieles nach. und man ist irgendwie näher bei sich selbst. wenn ich kann, halte ich inne, beobachte die wolken, die an meinem fenster vorbeiziehen. und ich fühl die schönheit im moment.
