Kate Eringer guides you through LA’s biggest festival, Fuck Yeah Fest.

Fuck Yeah Fest took place Saturday and Sunday of last weekend- (22^nd & 23th August – at L.A. Memorial Sports Arena & Exposition Park. Set up in 2004 by Sean Carlson, the festival has grown immensely in both reputation and size, with headliners like Kanye, Morrissey and D’Angelo this year.

With an attractive crowd and lineup this is certainly one of the summers best festivals. Sean Carlson has maintained FYF as his personal project and because of this the festival can’t be claimed to have sold-out. It’s grown for sure, but has remained loyal to its original fans and local LA bands that have been playing FYF for years.
