“I think humans are all sentimental beings. We all have fond memories of the past that we love. For me it´s all about thinking back over certain moment in my life that have changed me, and define who I am today. Music is a perfect way to explore these emotional imprints in my life and revisit those moments.”

When the music of  Rune Reilly Kölsch starts it emits sparks and quickly develops into a fire. It it this sort of spark that is needed in order to transform electronic music to a tide of feelings, beats and into a haunting story.

The Danish DJ and producer always surrounds himself with a touch of mystery and since his epic set at the Eiffel Tower has accomplished even more popularity and fan love from all over the world. For C-Heads he gives us an artistic insight of his debut Coachella experience where he played at the Yuma tent on Sunday.

How would you describe your first time being at and playing Coachella?

It was a great experience. We had some time to wander around on the festival ground, and it was great to experience some acts in the sunshine. European festivals are notorious for bad weather.

What was the energy like during your set at Yuma?

I really appreciate peoples enthusiasm and energy. People were into it.

Anything notable on site at the festival or around the city that caught your eye?

I really enjoyed all the Art on the festival ground. There were some amazing pieces. I took my camera and shot some Photos at night. It looked really beautiful.

Hello from my planet! I love nature, freedom, dancing, traveling, music, reading, chilling, cats and the woods. What makes me happy is healthy food, a good night out, long walks in the forest and getting lost in the sound of nature.
