Everything’s gonna be alright.

Aaron Perez, the current Director of Marketing at Icon Collective, has stepped out on his own, to share the creative side of his world with us, under the pen name, Nya Bloom. His debut comes in the form of “Alright” a high energy dance track that preaches basic human concepts, that aren’t always easy to come to terms with; love, loss, and acceptance. It’s just a taste of what’s to come, as he has more slated for 2020, building up to a debut EP, Exhale. He also just recently unveiled an exhilarating visual for it which you can view below.

“There are no tricks in ‘Alright’, no clever metaphors, no crazy production to hide behind… it just makes me feel good, and thankfully, after years of beating my head against the wall, that is finally enough for me.”

“At Icon, they teach Carl Jung’s perspective on the philosophy of Alchemy, and it really had an impact on me. It made me comfortable with all the imperfections and insecurities in my music. The idea that you can seal those insecurities in a piece of art, instead of carrying them with you in your day to day, really gave me confidence to leg go. There are no tricks in “Alright”, no clever metaphors, no crazy production to hide behind… it just makes me feel good, and thankfully, after years of beating my head against the wall, that is finally enough for me.”
