Danny Scott Lane´s new track surprises with calm sounds that meander like waves, only to withdraw again. Accompanied by an incredibly beautiful video directed and edited by Bren Cukier, with dancer Juliet Doherty who lets herself fall into dance, nature and the devotion to feeling.

“Her Coming In” is the last song on my new and third album CAPUT – which will be released via Miami based label Schematic Music Company – and it is one of my favorite songs on the album. Me and Bren have been talking about collaborating for a while and I thought this would be the perfect opportunity. I think she captured a vibe that is lush yet minimal in a way that perfectly accompanies the music. When I was making this album, it started as a love letter to NYC. Then, when I decided to escape to the desert of California to record the material, it became something totally different. Recording in the desert with NYC on the mind… and then Bren sending a video shot on the beach. It’s all so contradictory and I love it!”

The album is available for pre-order on Bandcamp:

The album will be available digitally and on limited edition cassette tape

Hello from my planet! I love nature, freedom, dancing, traveling, music, reading, chilling, cats and the woods. What makes me happy is healthy food, a good night out, long walks in the forest and getting lost in the sound of nature.
