Dutch artist Zanillya shares her debut EP ‘Choose Life‘ and the lead single ‘Alive’ along a beautiful video which was filmed on the island of Aruba, her father’s birthplace.
Choose Life is a record about self-belief and healing, an embrace of positivity which simultaneously acknowledges openness and vulnerability as a show of courage rather than weakness.
Zanillya tells on ‘Alive’: “The video is my love letter to Aruba, the place where I feel most Alive. The only place I’ve always felt at home. The place I go to find myself again, to create myself anew. With pride I present you the video for my most vulnerable track ever. The video showcases the beauty of the people of Aruba, the island and me in my utmost element.”
