Amanda had always loved the way the city lights danced at night – the way the neon signs flickered, the warm glow of the street lamps on the pavement, and the pale blue light of the moon. It was a spectacle that never failed to fill her with wonder and amazement.
So, when the opportunity arose to do a night-time photo shoot in Dubai with Robert Aboltins, she jumped at the chance. As a model and makeup artist, she had worked on many projects before, but this one felt different. As the sun began to set, Amanda slipped into a simple white two-piece made from lightweight material. Then, as the first few stars twinkled in the sky, they began to shoot. As the night went on, they danced with the lights of the city, creating something special, something that would stay with her forever.
Robert described the experience as “that magical moment when you stay on pause and wait for the next “klick”. At that moment, you have all the confidence in the world, and you literally do not know yourself anymore; you have blossomed more than ever before. It is not just pictures, it is a process you go through and create beautiful memories to look back at.”
