Hello from my planet! I love nature, freedom, dancing, traveling, music, reading, chilling, cats and the woods. What makes me happy is healthy food, a good night out, long walks in the forest and getting lost in the sound of nature.

“I think the value of fun is underrated in our society.” A moment with Charly Schaller

Charly Schaller celebrated her first techno party as an 18-year-old in Berlin at Berghain, when she visited her best friend. “I immediately fell in love with the music and always went back to Berlin in the term breaks. I think at some point when standing on the dance floor in real ecstasy I thought: I want to be this person behind the decks.” And she has managed to do that.

“An artist´s life.” The stories of the people behind the art #20 Milena Baeza

Milena Baeza is a Chilean-Portuguese photographer based in Portugal. In our series “An artist’s life”, we share some snippets from her personal journal, mixed with her imagery. “I use my journal almost everyday, as it helps me clear my mind and spark new ideas. I draw a lot of inspiration by just letting my hand write in an unrestricted flow, like my mind is being poured into the page.”

Premiere: Daniella Binyamin finds strength with debut single “Grand Hotel”

They say when a relationship ends, it’s almost as if someone has died. That’s what it feels like. Daniella Binyamin’s debut song “Grand Hotel” also has its seed in the end of her relationship. “It all started with a break down last summer. I fled the city and locked myself in a house in the countryside, and did what I’ve always done whenever there’s chaos in my mind and heart: I sat down by the piano and played and sang stuff.

Ruth Koleva reflects on origin, confidence and society in ‘Kiss My Attitude’

Ruth Koleva is a kind of rebel and is not afraid to speak her mind. The young Bulgarian musician has lived in many places in this world, which has strongly influenced her character. And also her music is as diverse and dazzling as her personality. Her new song ‘Kiss My Attitude’ is a glittering pop song that, in contrast, deals with her experience of geographical discrimination.

At Home With Joana

“What actually sparked the first ideas for this shoot was the vintage Victoria Secrets body from the 90’s. I found this piece on Etsy and knew right there I needed to create something with it.” speaks Steh Meyer enthusiastically about her latest sublime editorial

“Femininity means creation, love and nurture.” A moment with Lauren Mia

We sat down with the talented Los Angeles-based Lauren Mia. She is a classical pianist and composer-turned-DJ, songwriter, vocalist, and music producer. And while I write these lines, the music of the gifted producer pulls me into another (better) world. The progressive, melodic sound comes with perfect timing and nudges gently along with brilliant depth. There is probably her whole profound being in her creations and in our interview she talks to us about the strength of femininity, her journey of healing, self-love and spirituality.

Warm sun on glacier-cold lakes

“Northern Alberta is more than the cold. It’s the dust on the road and the warm breath in the morning. It’s the ever silent evenings broken up by the distant rumble of truck tires on gravel roads heading towards pasture and the coyotes chilling echos into the night.”

Premiere: Berlin band Pair takes us on a journey of discovery in “Freak Talk”

“I wanted a pop-type theme with a schizophrenic twist. The jam at the time was just perfect for that! Then in a second session, the lyrics came quickly. You freak me out when you do or you don’t call / you freak me out when you’re in or out of my head. The Love Equivalent emerged from the confrontation of self and self-image. Something that is also strongly reflected in Freak Talk. In this, each track is like a new facet that slowly emerges to the surface through this confrontation until it is sure of its own freedom.”
