Another Tuesday, another day alive in a redefined world. It’s one pm and my paper thin curtains hangs still, a testimony to the warm windless weather outside. Golden rays like warm honey spill through my sheer white drapes and to my wooden floor as dusts like tiny flakes floats along the runway paved by the light shinning by.
“This is a moment of reflection. Emma wakes up with thoughts about the significant other in her life and although they are together at the moment, there is a contemplation of this idea of continuing to be “together”. Ultimately, it’s about the idea of staying or leaving.”
“I am very drawn to the tennis aesthetic, particularly the sporty style from the 80’s/90’s – adding to that I play tennis myself and the quarantine made me miss the tennis court, so it was natural to shoot at the court,” Jonathan Benbaruk tells us about his newest work starring Darianka S & Julia Myles of Next LA.
“This is my cat. His name is Oswald C. Cobblepaws, but he goes by many a name. The claw in the dark. The silver prince. The grey bear, or occasionally just beans. This is his lockdown story, usually used to space and time, having to spend 3 months locked down at home by a bored photographer with a roll of film.”
We’ve all had that feeling before – stuck in a rut, not knowing how to take the rollerskates off. Indie pop’s favorite bad girl Sizzy Rocket comes to terms with that on her new single “Rollerskating”. And finally the streets of Paris were alive again.
“I felt as though I had to return after a period of isolation and capture a suburb still waking up after quarantine, using the beautiful afternoon glow as my guide, I focused on the neglected store fronts, unoccupied environments, while meeting up with locals from the area who to me are an essence of the vibrant and unique location.”

Photographer Ray Litsala and Lana, his dear friend from New York met in Paris for this photo shooting. An American girl in Paris. Two friends in a creative mood. The Kodak films Ray had still stored in the fridge, give a very faraway mood to the imagery.
Italian photographer Daniele Armando Michael Pio L. is finally back on C-Heads with an incredible set starring natural beauty Martina. “Last week I was in Tuscany and I spent two unforgettable days in Pisa at my friend’s home, Maria Giulia, who is also a photographer. I photographed the emerging actress Martina, a true muse, who was having a lot of fun after the quarantine!”
