When the fog lifts.

“It’ s my first time being here and I fell in love with the city.” photographer Daniel Morres tells enthused about Cape Town, the place he has relocated for the next few months. A new place sharpens and challenges our perception and therefore gives new inspiration and his first photo shooting, with model Dominique Naidoo, in his temporary home gave Daniel the opportunity to explore new sensory impressions thanks to amazing scenery.

My love for the ocean and horses came together while we were playing on the beach at sunrise. Horses and their strength, the beach, the sounds of the waves, calm mornings, have alway been a sense of home and healing to me.”

The art of questioning our assumptions

When we meet someone for the first time, it is also a little bit like puzzle. A little at a time we discover what´s behind the surface, and our own assumptions. “I met Gioia on IG because a common friend we have. Her name sounded me very strange for a Mexican girl and first I thought it was a nickname, but when I met her I found out her family came from the Italian part of Switzerland so that explained her name.”
