“While the afternoon sun was shining through my sister’s vintage style room in Bangkok, I thought of how to best utilize the setting I was in.” tells us Ronnakorn Charoenkun. He has always been enchanted by this specific scenery and some time ago he finally had the chance to convert it into pictures.
“Let’s find a place where we are free to roam. Away from all the daily struggle of keeping up appearances. Well groomed, dressed accordingly, always punctual. Is that who we really are? Or are we just trying to fit in?” After two and a half years Stefan Fröhlich is back on C-Heads and enchants us with a series photographed last summer starring Larissa.
“I´m very good at making every song I write very sad. I literally cannot help or stop myself. Since being a child I’ve always been attracted to the darker sounds and shades of life. However when my sister gave birth to my beautiful nephew Louis, I suddenly felt a whole new feeling I´d never felt before.” tells Charlotte OC about her latest release ‘Falling For You’.
“I took this images with Filiza on an empty Miami beach a couple of months ago. I was on holiday with my family and Filiza was in NY but decided to spend the weekend in Miami so we could do this shooting together. We met up at 7 a.m. during a beautiful sunrise and started shooting one hour later.”
“We met just a few days before quarantine.” Michaelis Moshe smiles while talking about her memories. “Assila is a singer and has been introduced to me and my friend Ray Litsala by a girlfriend we had a shooting with before. She has such a strong energy, and I really wanted to see her again.”

During a gig at the Modular club in Cape Town Austrian Apparel dropped the track “Whimper” for the first time and played it for about 20 minutes straight. The crowd went nuts. And the new album version was born.

“Just a boy was written because sometimes you get hurt in past relationships and that ruins your ability to trust or depend on somebody or rely on their word so the main theme of the song was that you have this person who’s telling you that you can trust them and you are unsure because of your past.” tells us Alaina Castillo while we are listening to the awesome track out of her upcoming EP the voicenotes.

French photographer Maud Chalard is back on C-Heads with a series he has been shooting during his last trip in California in a beautiful place called “The Lone Pine Club”. Together with model Inja Zalt and make up artist Lisa -Marie Powell they created some dreamy and soft images.

The beautifully shot video involving a street dance interpretation of ‘West Side Story’, filmed in DRAMA’s hometown of Chicago with a local street dance crew underlines the cool sound in the most perfect way and is a homage to the city that inspired Gorgon City & Drama’s collaboration.
