“It was 4 a.m. in the middle of a hot July morning when I was driving to pick up Angelika, the model, from her apartment in Kazimierz, a vibrant district in Krakow. It had rained the previous day and fog was lingering in the air. We shot at a nearby lake. The early hour guaranteed that there was no one in sight. We swam a bit, talked, laughed, and took photographs in between.

“When the first warm days arrive I always look for some place to escape.” tells us Polish photographer Klaudia Żupnik. “This time I went to Portugal, Nazare. I spent there three long and lazy months during which I asked Juliana Ramos to pose for me.
