Polish duo Miron Chomacki and Gabriella Lewandowski, a New Yorker with Polish roots, crossed paths in the Bronx, where this story was born. Set inside a New York apartment, the series An celebrates the beauty of ordinary moments. Gabriella moves with a natural ease, playful, curious, and completely at home in front of the camera. Imagine a morning without an alarm clock. No meetings waiting, no rushing for the subway, no schedule to follow. Time answers only to you. Barefoot toast in the kitchen. Lying back in an armchair, sunlight spilling across the room. Slow moments on the terrace, where nothing asks for your attention.

“On a second date, two people find their rhythm. It’s a moment when the uncertainty of the first meeting transforms into gentle understanding and increasingly bold conversations. It’s like a perfectly balanced dance—full of lightness and joy, where every glance and smile deepens the intimacy. Often, it takes place in a quiet corner of a home, where one can truly be themselves, unmasked, and where, for a fleeting moment, the outside world ceases to exist.”

You only live once. It’s a phrase that keeps coming back to me these days, a reminder that guides my choices and moments. If someone’s on your mind and heart, don’t wait—reach out. If a journey is calling, book it. If there’s a lingering dream, pursue it, however small it may seem.

“A series of photos captures a young, beautiful girl spending a leisurely day at home, enveloped in the nostalgic atmosphere of “Strawberry Fields Forever.” She indulges in dreams and reflections. The frames reveal her moments of carefree bliss, like savoring fresh strawberries, adding a touch of sweet melancholy to the scenes.”

“Our individuality comes naturally. We don’t pretend to be anyone.” We had the pleasure of chatting with the two Polish twins Dominika and Patrycja, photographed by Miron Chomacki.

In every day life our rhythm is determinded by pressure of time so to start the day in one´s own time is true luxury and one of our favourite things. Photographer Miron Chomacki accompanied model Gosia during her Saturday morning routine, in her pale pink bathroom, where all that matters is to start the day in a good mood while refreshing and getting ready for a laid-back or thrilling weekend. 

Photographer Miron Chomacki teamed up with Polish traveler and journalist Natalia Kusiak. “If you think that this is what a perfect date should look like, then you are definitely right. “We have everything, that’s breakfast!” was the motto of the first shooting with the 23 year young successful model, artist and actress Wiktoria Gąsiewska of Polish photographer Miron Chomacki. “The title is quite enigmatic as it has some insides to it. We will not reveal everything, after all, you don’t say everything after the second date” she laughs. We wonder what it all might be, and in the meantime enjoy the classy pictures.
