Jumping up and down on a trampoline is fun for everybody and for all ages. But I doubt that in my case it will ever look even a little bit close to any of the things those gymnastics are doing. I could spend hours watching the flying bodies as they dance in the air, turn around and take your breath away. Their body control is just so admirable.
