The 27-year-old French artist The Avener usually produces in the background and as a ghost producer and creative man has lead quite some artists to success. This year, he decided to appear in public himself and released his first song “Fade Out Lines”. A rework of “The Fade Out Line” by Phoebe Killdeer and The Short Straws makes this kind of a hymne with the voice coming from Nouvelle Vague. And there is also a major tour planned for 2015 – all over live-shows with musicians and visual performance. “Especially on the road I collect a lot of impressions flowing into my music,” he says.
