Alisha Miele headed over to the show of Karolyn Pho at Pier59 during New York Fashion Week. “I absolutely loved this show! Some of the sequin looks reminded me of “Rainbow Fish” the book. When I was younger it was probably always checked out of the elementary school library because of me, it was the only book that had sparkles. Some of the looks were paired with fun oversized clutches, and other looks had big sunglasses. The designer was all smiles backstage and was there making sure all of the looks were perfect up until they stepped onto the runway. ” Karolyn Pho about the collection: “this spring summer collection, we shadow our vagabond, as she meanders through castles in the air, traipsing between realities and crossing borders unknown, a traveler, a nomad, lost within her self perception”
