As an unforgiving sun beat down on Melbourne, 18,000 juiced up kids made their annual pilgrimage to the Show Grounds for another instalment of the mighty Stereosonic. A super charged theme park for excitable adults, Stereo was as technicolour and hyperactive as ever, with barrages of massive bass drops met with hundred foot flames, streamer canons firing to accompany the relentless bangers and Diplo rolling around on top of his adoring crowd in a giant bubble. The outfits were skimpy, muscles were on show and babes were out in full force.
