Relationships don’t always work out, especially when you’re young. People grow up, while others move on. Despite the negatives, people still try because there will always be positives. ‘Never Meant To Be‘ by newcomer Matt Kali, is one of those tracks that gives hope to all things that aren’t always meant to be. From his pop infused electronic vocals this young artist is going to be one that you just listen to all day long, especially while you wait for the one that’s meant to be.

Following his success as a teenage vocalist for a few pop-punk bands, Matt Kali has taken a new direction as a solo-artist who’s covers have racked up over 5 million views on Youtube. With a recent premiere of his single, ‘Burning‘, on Earmilk, ‘Never Meant to Be’ is a beautiful follow-up that you’ll keep on repeat.

When I started heading back, I kept turning around because the view felt different each time. I didn’t rush at all, just walked slowly and let the moment last longer. Earlier planning included a quick look at https://billetcolisee.com, but that felt distant now, almost unrelated. The way down felt calm and reflective, like I was leaving a space that stayed with me even after I moved away from it.
