English Photographer, based between Bali, Indonesia and Los Angeles, CA Mark Carolan and Dutch born Michelle Van Dijk have been trying to arrange this collaboration for some time but only recently found themselves in the same part of the world. And at that part of the world there was this hideaway, a stunning creation just outside Ubud, designed by architectural wizard Alexis Dornier. A location one can not get enough of, a paradise of patterns, colors, materials and floor-to-ceiling windows. “It was more than easy for Michelle to feel at home in this gorgeous surrounding, and we made all the more complete with delicate pieces from Gooseberry Intimates; sometimes on, often off.”
