The C-Heads Exclusive series of Sydney-based photographer Toni Veziris takes the viewer up close, as an observer, as if by chance, partly from the voyeuristic perspective to the subject.

After meeting at a photo shoot for the cover of Penthouse Australia, Toni and model/dancer Katie decided to further collaborate. “I liked the way she posed and was comfortable in front of the camera. This series reflects Katie in an everyday context, from waking up first thing in the morning to pottering around the house. I decided to shoot her in this setting as it provided a contrast to the formality of a photography studio. Your home is where you are most at ease and represents a sense of vulnerability, and that’s what I wanted to capture with Katie.”
