Relaxed beats meets
smooth, soulful vocals.

Talented ĀJŌ drops the music video for “Gotta Love It” and you def gotta love it. The video is a love letter to the hood. The sparse, headnodic ode is shot in black&white, capturing a nostalgic and reverent gaze on neighborhoods still untethered from the grip of gentrification. “I’ve always felt a pull to immortalize the unique beauty of where I’m from (Birmingham, AL) and the people who make it what it is. Now that I’m in NYC, I recognize the same beauty around me and have slowly come to realize that it’s never been bound to any one location and that’s because culture is wherever we are.”

Hello from my planet! I love nature, freedom, dancing, traveling, music, reading, chilling, cats and the woods. What makes me happy is healthy food, a good night out, long walks in the forest and getting lost in the sound of nature.
