Do you remember Delia? The pretty muse is not only to be found in front of the camera but also behind. Together with her friend Maja she captured some beautiful classy atmospheric portraits.

“I have known Maja for a while. So it was easier for me to portray her with more sensitivity. It is a mixture of grey and colorful pictures to give it a contrast and an expressive transition. The pictures were taken in the cozy apartment of my neighbor. When I took pictures of Maja I immediately noticed her thoughtful, dreamy expression. Especially the ones with her looking out of the window could tell a million stories. What is she thinking, seeing or doing?

My and her favorite picture of this serie is the one in black and white, her looking through the mirror facing the camera. I love the simplicity and beauty in it and the effect of the mirror, which highlights the surrealistic and dreamy atmosphere as well.

I want people to see more than just a beautiful picture, because every picture I take is connected with imagination and thoughts.
