The work of Liana Carbone is all about pure and raw beauty. She often shoots in studios where she adds a little extra to high classy potraits. For this series she teamed up with gorgeous model Paloma Field of Nomad Mgmt and her husband Anthony Liscio to shoot between the idyllic island of Maui and the rugged Mars-like volcanic landscape of the Big Island in April 2018, just a few short weeks before the recent volcanic eruption. “Paloma is an Island girl with a flower child heart and spirit. Many of the sites seen in the video are sacred heart opening sites, such as the beach and volcanic landscape of Kekaha Kai State Park as well as the time lapse sunset shot at the summit of the Mauna Kea.” she explains. “Both the film and accompanying photo story serve as a conversation between woman and nature. The evolving landscapes and raw natural beauty of Hawaii reminds us of the grandness of our soul nature and mirrors the infinite divine beauty within.”

Hello from my planet! I love nature, freedom, dancing, traveling, music, reading, chilling, cats and the woods. What makes me happy is healthy food, a good night out, long walks in the forest and getting lost in the sound of nature.
