“We took this trip in the middle of December to go glamp in the remote foothills east of San Diego in Southern California. While we were there a cold front moved through and we had alternating rain, sun and wind.” LA based Christopher K Myers explains us the inspiration about this dreamy series featuring muse Dominique photographed at the end of the year 2019. “On the second morning the sun greeted us in the AM and I was able to snap these pictures of Dominique as we got ready for a day of hiking. I love these pictures because it captures the warmth and sweetness that Dominique radiates as a person, along with her more sensual side. As a photographer, it’s always a dream shoot when your subject feel absolutely at home with you, trusts you, and that’s exactly what this shoot felt like. A beautiful dream.”
Dominique: “It’s hard to know what to say these days. Do you offer encouragement, when you’re not sure how things are going to turn out? Do you joke, for some much-needed levity? I’ve debated not saying anything at all.
I do know though, that I am extremely proud of and grateful to everyone who is doing their part to limit the spread of COVID19.
To everyone choosing to stay home to protect our sick and elderly. To everyone buying only what they need to make sure we all have enough resources to go around. To everyone practicing better hygiene. To everyone trying to look on the bright side by finally working on projects they’ve put off for so long,
