Berlin based alt-pop singer-songwriter NOVAA returns with her new song ‘She’s A Rose’, out of her forthcoming album which will be released on 16th July. A gentle song with a touch of tenderness that slowly becomes more intense.

Novaa details the track: “The day I wrote ‘She’s A Rose’, I woke up with a melody already in my head. I remember looking at myself in the bathroom mirror in the morning singing the very first line of the song to me. And after recording and chopping it everything else came together very quickly and naturally. It kind of feels like I didn’t decide to write this song, it felt more like that day the song simply wanted me to share my space with it. This song is about the women that I look up to, that share their energy, their time, their joy, and pain with me. We all share our spaces with the ones that came before us, ‘She’s A Rose’ is a moment of recognising and seeing them and thanking them.”
