“I feel like I always knew that music was what I wanted to do”

We take a deeper dive into the mind of Toronto native, Abby Sage. Her unique sound and indie inspired vocals bring a relaxing musical experience to the listener.

What do you want to be remembered for?
Whenever I think of this I just hope that all my music and everything comes across honestly, so honesty is a big one. I would just say that I like knowing that a song live outside of my experience as well. My honest take on something could be interpreted differently to someone else. I just hope that my songs has little lives everywhere and touch people in different ways.

Best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Oh it’s from my sister. I remember cuz I feel like I experience things in extremes, so it’s either really high or really low and she kinda taught me to kind of look at simple things and let them have an effect on you. Even just talking a walk outside and being like nice flower or nice person and focusing more on things on small simple pleasures as opposed to massive things”

Hello from my planet! I love nature, freedom, dancing, traveling, music, reading, chilling, cats and the woods. What makes me happy is healthy food, a good night out, long walks in the forest and getting lost in the sound of nature.
