We invite you to explore the elegance of Divine Lingerie, through a lovely photoseries shot against the backdrop of the Parisian skyline. Photographer Ania Zawadka, aimed to portray a unique blend of romanticism and melancholy.
The setting was a stylish apartment within a characteristic Hausmanian building, graciously provided by Zawadka’s friend. Zawadka elaborates: “We wanted to create an editorial for an independent, French prèt-à-porter lingerie creator: Divine Lingerie. The idea for the shoot was to show feminine garments in a romantic scenery of parisian rooftops, using gems and pearls, but I wanted the pictures to look a bit dark and moody – ‘dark romantic’.”
This photoshoot wouldn’t have been possible without the invaluable contributions of makeup artist Gaëlle Verdan, stylist Sophie Fiend, and models Zoé Waechter and Angela Pesa. Each of them, alongside lingerie designer Manon Chevalier of Divine Lingerie, shaped this series, meticulously weaving together threads of feminine beauty, parisian elegance, and the captivating moodiness of “dark romanticism”.
