“It’s been an intimate 2-woman show for the whole week of shooting,” tells us photographer Belarus-born, Germany-based photographer Tatsiana Tribunalova about her newest series starring muse Asmaa Baghdadi. “This photo series is all about a Moroccan beauty embracing the sun-soaked landscapes of Sicily. From the gentle warmth of the morning sun to the enchanting evening hues by the fisherman’s harbor, I wanted to juxtapose the raw, untamed beauty of the model with Sicily’s rustic charm, seeking both solace and discovery.”
It’s a story of a woman who is at once an observer and a part of the tapestry she moves through, embodying the universal human yearning to belong and to wander. It’s a celebration of fleeting moments, the beauty of contrasts, and the stories that intertwine cultures, landscapes, and hearts. Enjoy!
