Happiness is being wild. And sometimes, it truly is. Spending the best day with a friend, doing something simple together. Walking down to the wild lake. Letting yourself drift with the clouds as if they were the sun. Laughing together. Diving into the cool, turquoise water. Feeling everything, fully.
“We were on vacation in the south of France during the summer. The nearby lake became our daily escape from the noisy world around us,” photographer Malte Hellfriz tells us about this wonderful, raw C-Heads exclusive series starring Helen and Alea.
“A calm surface where you can find peace, relax, and let the world be what it is. You could see every soft gust of wind curl the surface of the lake like goosebumps on our skin when we left the water. Shortly after, we could already feel the sun on our skin, even though it was a cloudy day. The warmth was there — and so were we.”
