Love, the mightiest of all passions, can sear your very soul, imbuing it with a fire no other sentiment can match—if you but open your heart to its power. This revelation unfolded on the Upper West Side of NYC, captured through the lens of photographer Brianna Mancini, with Katie Barna embodying the spirit of the moment.
Brianna tells: “I hadn’t seen Katie in a while but I had just moved and wanted to shoot a familiar face in my new place. Katie has always exuded self-assurance and effortlessly turned heads, but it didn’t take long for me to see that she was comfortable and happy in a way I hadn’t experienced in her before. She was in love. What I see when I look at these photos now is a woman who has just begun to savor the flavor of the kind of love that encouraged her to be exactly who she is.”
