“During my first visit to Mallorca, I knew I didn’t want to photograph the usual locations everyone flocks to. I was searching for something pure and authentic. I had been wanting to create something with Ruby for a long time. So, we planned a day together around the island — she brought some personal items, and I brought the camera.
This project is an ode to the freedom of being oneself, to femininity, spontaneity, light-heartedness, the beauty of raw nature that surrounds us, and the ability to accept ourselves in our personal fragilities. A dream of an early summer day — where physical and mental boundaries dissolved. This is the story.”
