In her own words, photographer, stylist, and writer Claudia Zocca — together with model Laura Moreno Valdivia — reflects on the intention behind this beautiful series, created in collaboration with Emilio Tanasi. A poetic meditation on identity, change, and the quiet power of simply being:
“It could be anywhere — or nowhere at all. Just be.
We live in a time that demands we define ourselves — early and forever.
Society teaches us that change is suspicious.
That if you’re different today than you were yesterday, then you’re no longer authentic.
But I believe the exact opposite.
This editorial is a journey through the different versions of a person.
Each space, each outfit, each posture tells a story of transformation — but also of continuity.
That’s what I want to express.
It’s not about finding a place, or becoming something.
It’s simply about being.
I exist in many places.
In many forms. In many silences.
I don’t betray myself when I change — I recognize myself.
In every gesture, every space, every absence:
I’m always me — even when I look like someone else.”
