“Living in an utopian society that wants to be „dystopian” searching for perfection on social media made me want to shoot different people that have something to say through their bodies. No filters, just skin, pores, flaws and life. Because life is outside the box.” explains Roxana Neacsu, 26-year young photographer based in Bucharest, Romania the inspiration of her work. And we immediately get caught by her shooting with Georgiana Timus. A unique intimacy comes into being between the model and the viewer and not just because of the nudeness.

Mahi Kabra of IMG Models tells her own story while being surrounded by new tall buildings and old statues that tell their own stories. Alternating between colour and black and white, photographer Dina Gad manages to achieve a gripping and varied photo series, with a hint of nostalgia and a young, strong woman embodied by model Dina.
