{The Falls}

While clothes are a struggle, they are only a small facet of the problem. What I’ve alluded to and joked about is that boobs, particularly large boobs, become your identifier and in many cases what you are reduced to. While my boobs are great and for being so large still rather perky, they are only one small facet of who I am yet my entire life they’ve been the center of everything.

Redefining Freedom

We are in competition with invisible entities. Having outlets like social media can at times trap us in cycles of likes, stalking or just mindless searching—for nothing. Literally nothing. We’ve all been there. I’ve been there. Finding freedom is about re-learning how to enjoy a moment that went from day to night without feeling you missed out on an unknown that wasn’t a part of that moment.⠀

An Alternate Reality

In this world full of infinite possibilities you could well be someone familiar from the past or a possible someone important perhaps. If only had you just looked up once, I wouldn’t have to call you stranger anymore and we would then be both stuck in this loop of blissful ignorance until the cosmos tore us apart.

New York Based Model, Ryan Winter talks about Books, Politics and his Journey so far.

Reading, learning, photography and skateboarding; a few of the many things that Ryan Winter, a New York based model, loves to immerse himself in. Living in one of the greatest city on earth is not always as euphoric as the movies make it out to be. Often one feels overwhelmed among the bustle and tries to make a world within the one they live in in order to feel a sense of peacefulness and familiarity.

A Case for the Floral Dress: A Blossoms’ Ode to a Lost Summer

When there is so much convulsion and change in the air, the compulsion to think about space, the possibility of occupying it freely — no mask, just sun — the floral dress stands in as a commitment to providing a morale boost, an insouciance sensibility, an optimistic, laid-back attitude, perhaps?

Youth is Wasted on the Young

Over the next weeks, my life was busy, stressful and full of the tedious responsibilities of being an adult. I didn’t open my notebook back to that page where I had quickly scribbled “youth is wasted on the young”, but more often than not, the quote would appear when I closed my eyes, as I drifted off to sleep.

Learning to Romanticize Life with Orion Carloto- In Conversation with L.A Based Author of Flux and Film for Her

Stories and poetries have the eminent power to alter our reality. Orion Carloto, an L.A based author is one such writer who through her mesmeric writings about innate feelings has managed to create a tight knit community of readers.

About falling in love, empathy and boundaries

The boundaries between myself and other people have always been treacherous to navigate. I can rarely tell if my emotions belong to me or someone else. And so I like to imagine my brain like a kaleidoscope: a colourful hall of mirrors in which the only way out is to parse the real from the reflection.

A Memory in my 1962 Chrysler 300

You turn on the stereo and I pull the windows down, resting my arm, flicking off my burning cigarette onto the dusty pavement, just barely alive. A static noise strikes the air and soon the music floods into the car, reminding me of simpler times when all I had to think about was school, homework and keep up with what’s new in town? I tap my fingers over the steering wheel as you pull back your seat, your feet over my dashboard, singing along religiously with your eyes closed to the world.

A Tuesday like Many Others

Another Tuesday, another day alive in a redefined world. It’s one pm and my paper thin curtains hangs still, a testimony to the warm windless weather outside. Golden rays like warm honey spill through my sheer white drapes and to my wooden floor as dusts like tiny flakes floats along the runway paved by the light shinning by.

The soul craves simplicity.

You might think it longs for the sort of adventure that makes your heart beat quick, that tosses you in the choppy currents of unknown seas to finally fling you panting, gasping for breath, onto unexplored beaches; but real joy is found in the slow, rhythmic turn of the everyday.
