Today we are a little short of words. You will also fall in love with beauty Maungo photographed by Hannah Brooks. “This was my first meeting with Maungo but we…
An ending is not the end. It’s just the beginning of something else. Often just a smooth transition, sometimes a painful quick cut. That’s basically what the debut song of the Hamburg based, California-bred duo River is about. “It’s about not letting yourself get dragged down only because life doesn’t play by your rules.”
“For the shooting with Emilka I was inspired by the sunrise and the awakening of the sun while bathing in orange color on the coast of Barceloneta.” Diego Valdivia tells us about his new series starring Emilia Płochocka of Mad Models Managment. “At the end of the sunset the colors turned into a beautiful blue tone; like no other one that summer.”

“Flowers, fresh fruits and sparkling sunlight. And a blonde beauty who almost reminds me of Kate Moss. Something magical happens and photography becomes poetry. We wandered around the sun-drenched villa in Greece, and she completely forgot about the camera. I am infinitely grateful to have photographed these moments to keep them forever.”
Polish photographer Marcin Krystyniak finally shares a new C-Heads Exclusive series with us. This time he teamed up with Paris muse Stacy C. to take us on an intimate and dreamy journey in an old Parisian apartment.
“We love to take intimate portraits of strangers. And we always appreciate the courage and confidence that our subjects share with their bodies, especially since they’re often people who’ve never posed before. We’re always looking for new faces and through our shots and our projects we want to convey the messages of acceptance for our own and others’ diversity.”
“Last winter, back to when we were in lock down, I felt the urge of traveling as I was craving those carefree summer days spent at the beach. I’ve always been a nature lover – as a kid I grew up in the Tuscany countryside always running barefoot and jumping into rivers’ fresh water. Not being able to spend moments outside due to the pandemic restrictions felt like something deeply unnatural to me.”
Deep in the San Bernadino Valley sets one of the most exciting festivals in Los Angeles. Sets ranged from Rezz to Dillon Francis to K?d. Each stage had some of the best EDM acts in the world as we danced through sunset and deep into the night.
“This song is about love for another person, the kind of love that is strong and painful but also makes you feel alive. One night I packed my bag and went to Dubai. When I arrived and saw all these fantastic skyscrapers I realized that I had to film a music video for my new song here and not in Moscow how I planned it at first – with a proper crew and an actual script.”
I can still remember how I met her. It was a rainy morning. I was in a hurry. My shoelace was untied and annoyedly I bent down to tie it again. The rain dripped from my hair onto my jeans. When I looked up, she was laughing at me. And somehow, all of a sudden, the sun was shining. At least that’s how it seemed to me.
Whenever German photographer Marcel Boer presses the shutter button on his camera, we get to see something beyond magical. It seems so easy for him to capture those casual moments. Sometimes staged, sometimes just incredibly well seen. Enjoy a new series starring model Alicia Herrenreich.
Photographer Slavica Veselinovic and model Alma Durand found a delectable rooftop spot for us. “Alma, a French model, and I spent the summer morning at a hotel with a classic Parisian balcony view, where we created the story “L’hotel particulier”, inspired by the song of Serge Gainsbourg.”
It’s been way too long since we’ve shown you anything from talented photographer Lennart Bader. Together with beauty Milena he created a dreamy and soothing series. The light envelops everything as if in a golden tissue paper. The shadows ripple up the walls. The sound of the sea lulls you into a gentle feeling. Thoughts circle, somehow about everything and nothing at the same time.
Alycia Marie songs are always inspired by emotional themes from her own life. Love, friendship, vulnerability. “My songs are intimate and mostly rather melancholic, which just reflects an important part of my being. They reflect my quiet and vulnerable side” she says.
