monday inspiration: the grass is greener on your side.

nothing can be more self-defeating than to compare oneself to others.
the grass on the other side always seems to appear “greener” but the reality is:
looks can deceive.
you never really know what their personal lives are actually like.
the real truth: everyone deals with hardship and has experienced many personal struggles. instead of judging someone and/or being jealous of what appears so, look within and pay attention to all the beauty that currently exists in your life instead. only then can you begin to genuinely be happy for others and the world they have created. by Tanya
