“Dance inspires people, leads to harmony, balance. It makes people more liberated, sociable, attentive, sensual. Therefore I would like more people to dance and I would be happy if it happens slightly because of me.”

Oh Alisa! You deed indeed just inspired us to wanting to get up immediately and sign into for the next dance course. And if we could only move a tiny bit the way you do we´d be more than happy. Gorgeous Russian model Alisa at TrendModels fills out the room with her wonderful charisma and her enviable fantastic dance moves in this rad video that was directed by Yuky Lutz for C-Heads. Besides modelling Alisa was winner of the Junior World Championship  2012, 2013, 2014 and now she preparing for the Adult contest. We catched up with her briefly to ask her how she got into dancing and what´s the hardest thing about it.

What got you into dancing?
I have been doing rhythmic gymnastics for 12 years, it taught me to feel my body and developed my flexibility. I always enjoy dancing when I have free-time, and I think my passion for dancing has always been with me.

Why do you love to dance?
In real life I’m often shy and keep emotions inside, and dancing is the way I express myself and nobody judge me when I show my real nature.

How do you feel when you perform? And what kind of emotions do you give off when you dance?
I try to be focused on what I am doing and to complete two my permanent goals: enjoy myself and make the audience enjoy my dance and understand the choreography and emotions I want to convey.

What is the hardest thing about dance?
Without any doubts it’s different for every dancer. As for me, it’s to cope with the nerves. When I’m too nervous it can provoke mistakes, however full lack of excitement can is also bad, as it’s necessary to feel the importance of the moment to have a great charge of emotions!

Do you hope to inspire others to dance too?
In my opinion it is the general target for all professional dancers, as dance is the best way of spiritual development. Dance inspires people, leads to harmony, balance. It makes people more liberated, sociable, attentive, sensual. Therefore I would like more people to dance and I would be happy if it happens slightly because of me.

What makes someone beautiful in your eyes?
Sincerity, sense of humor, intelligence and optimism. The combinations of these features in people attracts me.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I’m planning to finally stay in Europe to live here, to have job which I really like (maybe my own dance studio) and of course keep dancing!

Words to live by
Don’t be afraid of difficulties, believe in yourself, always try to do your best and enjoy your life!

Hello from my planet! I love nature, freedom, dancing, traveling, music, reading, chilling, cats and the woods. What makes me happy is healthy food, a good night out, long walks in the forest and getting lost in the sound of nature.
