A cat turns an apartment into a home – at least for those who naturally adore these soft, furry little beings. And since we count ourselves among them, we’re especially happy to share this beautiful series by Belgium-based photographer Tim Batist, who spent a lovely afternoon together with model Robyn, the sweet kitten Nori, and C-Heads Magazine.
“It’s very hard to define what it is that attracts me in a picture, but it has something to do with pureness. And it’s not perfection that I’m looking for,” he told us a while ago – and we can feel this deeply when looking at this work. Caramel-colored, earthy, warm tones underline the cosy atmosphere of the images, inviting us into a calm day at home – free of stress, filled with quiet moments, reading, soft light, and the simple joy of cuddling cats and embracing the lightness of being.
