Young, Montreal based portrait, fashion and beauty photographer Nastia Cloutier-Ignatiev is currently working on a special project called “The close-ups project” and has put together a four-part series with four different themes exclusive for us. So let´s start with the first series called “Red” that reveals itself with luscious red lips, eye-catching red nail-polish but first and foremost with an incredible strong and sensual vibe. ” The past few months have been very relevant for me. I learned a lot about myself which lead me to discover my style. Red came to me as an inspiring colour, it represents empowering to me and this is what I am trying to show trough my photographs. This is why I decided to make my first part theme: red. I felt like red was a good introduction to me because it represents my art.”
