Shake off the haziness.
Madeleine is Filmmaker based in New York but this time she found herself in front of the camera of Drew Dizon. “Recently New York City was hit with a major snowstorm, forcing residents to hole up in their apartments for a handful of days and infecting everyone with a sort of winter malaise. So in order to shake off the haziness I found a sun-drenched space with an accompanying fire escape that is so representative of New York. I had wanted to work with Madeleine, who is not a model but an artist and filmmaker, for quite some time now and found her look quite arresting. I had caught her in between editing sessions, and so we headed to this space in the Flatiron district. The result was this set taken on an uncharacteristically warm January morning in the city.”
