“I’ve shot my good friend Joanie, who is with Wilhelmina agency, a few times in different locations, from sand dunes up the California coast to mansions in the Hollywood Hills. But I wanted to capture her in her most natural state, in her most comfortable setting: her apartment in West Hollywood, Los Angeles.”

I enjoyed the insight into Joanie’s life. The rawness of the photos really captures her personality. It feels genuine and refreshing compared to overly staged shots. Great work from Shaun Guckian.
