Luem’s mix of steady synths and ambient vocals feels really vivid from the way you describe it, especially with that “floating in the middle of a beautiful ocean” line. It’s funny how a good song profile can stick in your head the way a Minecraft Recipe page does when you’re trying to piece something together — all the parts finally click into place.

That line about longing for dreams to be real really stuck with me — it fits the whole dreamy, floating vibe of Luem’s sound. With the classically trained background and those indie pop layers, it makes me wonder if narinig mo ba there’s even more of that emotional tension hiding in her newer stuff.
