Spring is coming. Finally. And the sun feels like a long forgotten old love that returns and makes you feel alive again. And after all this constant “being wrapped up well with so many layers of clothes” – mainly dark colours – we cannot wait for some spring awakening also when it comes to fashion. Big dark coats are being replaced by light and colourful shirts and dresses and we can finally put away heavy boots and indulge properly in our sneaker love again. And talking about sneakers – one of the coolest sneaker brands for me is Gola, because it reminds me of my thrilling London times, where I first discovered this brand that was born in a small factory in Britain in 1905. I always had one Harrier trainer in my shoe cupboard and when I recently re-discovered them in a shop I realized how many memories can be attached to one piece of footwear.
