A good life is
a collection of happy moments
That Holiday Feeling. “This series was shot on a beautiful sunny winter day in Los Angeles at an incredible modern home of a friend’s friend’s nestled in The Hills (Beverly Hills) with amazing views across the LA basin. My friend had showed me photos of his buddy’s place and I instantly wanted to shoot there.” tells us Toronto based photographer Jeffrey Chan about his newest C-Heads Exclusive. “I made arrangements and put together a great team, that included the gorgeous southern belle from Alabama, Baskin Champion. What better way to showcase Baskin’s freckles, blonde hair and amazing smile than laid out beside the pool of a house in The Hills? I wanted to keep the wardrobe simple to retain the focus on Baskin. A pretty girl, wonderful light and a great backdrop – a perfect combination to make some fantastic imagery.” Oh yes Jeffrey! Makeup done by Nicole Wittman and hair by Marina Migliaccio.

I catch myself thinking that after viewing such photos, my brain seems to demand more: I want to quickly switch to something equally pleasant and stimulating, where I can feel a rush of energy and excitement. Lately, push advertising from ROIads has been my savior in such moments — I launch a campaign on hot verticals, and in a matter of minutes I see how traffic is pouring in, converting steadily, and ROI is jumping. It’s like that same pool, only in monetary terms: more info here . Then you sit there, look at the statistics, and realize that the day was definitely a success.
The way you describe wanting to keep the wardrobe simple to retain focus on Baskin—that restraint is what makes the light and backdrop feel like they’re actually serving her presence, not competing with it.
