Sydney based duo Set Mo – who met at a party that funnily enough was called “Friends” in 2010 – premiere their touching official video for ‘Comfort You’ featuring vocals by Fractures.
“The idea behind the track both lyrically and musically is about being there to help someone in a time of need. We wanted the relationship portrayed in this song to be subjective as all people experience these connections in different ways. We utilised the video to extend the meaning of the song. We wanted to allude to how overuse of social media/technology in this busy day and age can leave a person feeling isolated and lonely despite our major cities being more densely populated than ever. I really enjoyed the vibe of Comfort You. Set Mo always knows how to create a relaxed atmosphere in their music. The vocals blend beautifully with the instrumental. It’s the kind of track that makes you want to just unwind and listen. Looking forward to more from them.
