“I was super curious what the collection was going to look like so after I popped in to hair and makeup I went over to the racks where they were unzipping the black garment bags one by one. The first dress out was the colorful butterfly number and I didn’t notice the subtle Nasa inspiration until I got up close. A lot of the pieces had Nasa elements from patches to the color palette. Vivienne’s collections combine inspirations; she tied together art, music, and technology influences.

The styling took Houston to a literal sense with the fringe bags and chunky western belts that were paired with the fresh looks of Spring. The makeup look was “Americana” and was achieved with the brand Stila. The one item I would recommend scooping up to achieve the look with out splurging would be the Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner in Periwinkle. Each model had a line of this color on their lids. The hair was a super relaxed look that was just disheveled enough to look as thought the models naturally strolled right onto the runway.” Enjoy some backstage shots.

Hello from my planet! I love nature, freedom, dancing, traveling, music, reading, chilling, cats and the woods. What makes me happy is healthy food, a good night out, long walks in the forest and getting lost in the sound of nature.

It sounds like a fascinating experience to see the collection come together. I can imagine the excitement of uncovering each piece. It must have been quite a sight to see all the designs first-hand. The anticipation around fashion shows is always something special.
