French teenager Quentin Beauvois aka Kidswaste has only been producing tunes for a few short years, but in that time he’s made quick progress. With an EP and a few singles out, including tracks with features from Gnash and TRACE, he’s clearly been moving the ball in the right direction. Most recently he’s teamed up with Moving Castle’s Manila Killa, and upcoming pop songwriter Chelsea Cutler on his latest single, “Tonight.” It’s a slow burner – but it grooves along in a lush soundscape – a unique combination of chill and pop. The perfect tune to put on, and just feel the feels. Today C-Heads has the exclusive first listen for you to check out below.

Chris (Manila Killa) and I wrote Tonight as a ballad and we instantly thought of Chelsea to sing on it. She did an amazing job at picturing the instrumental work and singing around it. The song is about that feeling you have when you’re with someone that’s everything to you and how easy it is to forget everything else around you.
