Continental Breakfast
“These are the first two parts of a photographic series I made with 35mm films. My aim was to provide a complete and personal exploration of the small but complex continent where I live and wander seeking inspiration. I tried to focus on places and people, analyzing connections and influences arising from the interplay of different religions, races, habits.
People and landscapes around us are very old and rich of history. Each place seems unique but it shares common roots with many others.
(I took the liberty of borrowing the title from a song by Kurt Vile & Courtney Barnett)”
